- Once an order is placed, it cannot be refunded.
- We do not provide refunds for:

- Dislike of product
- Delay in delivery due to courier issues
- Minor color/appearance variations

π Replacement Policy (Only in Case of Damage)
We only offer replacement in rare cases where:
β You receive a damaged product
β You receive a wrong item
Conditions:
- You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide:
- Unboxing video (mandatory)
- Clear photos of the issue
β οΈ Without an unboxing video, replacement requests will not be accepted

- Once approved, we will arrange a replacement shipment
- No extra charges for replacement in valid cases
- Replacement delivery timeline: 5β7 business days
π« Non-Eligible Cases
We do NOT accept returns or replacements for:
- Used or worn products
- Damage caused after delivery
- Improper handling or storage
- Normal wear and tear
- Slight color differences due to lighting/screens
π Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
- After that, cancellation is not possible
